Social Psychology & the Cabal - Part I
The social cognition number ('Dunbar's number'), evolution & anthropology, & something about a dark triad
First of all, dearest readers, last time I was in Yasenevo I was handed a top secret photo from the CIA’s recruitment section and told to reproduce it here, to inform you about the kinds of misfits the CIA favours recruiting these days.
So now you know how to identify an agent.
I have other photos by the way. We have a mole, you know. So stay tuned. And sharp. Sharp and tuned.

Hopefully this will be my final intro-slash-note (you’ll understand what I mean in a minute - this is also why I’ve left the writing dates in square brackets). By way of opening disclaimer, if I can put it that way, I wrote the following without any consideration of word limits and outline and so on, because I just wanted to get all these ideas out there. At the moment it’s got to 5,500 words, so I am minded to split it into two. This leads up to a part three, which is the kind of conclusion to the hypothesis and essentially where all these ideas naturally and logically end up. After that, we can start to apply all this insight to specific case studies/events, as well as predictions for what the bad guys may well do next for their Machiavellian SPECTRE-like ‘Project for the new century’.
Also, I haven’t done much editing because I’d wanted to get this out there for a while now, for which delay I humbly apologise.
One initial thought, however, that I want to stick in your head right now though is one which effectively informs this whole train of thought. It’s an observation, really, and could – and should, indeed – be taken as the title for a set essay question. It’s simply this: ‘why does evil always pretend to be good?’. If I was to provide you with the second part of that question, which is ‘…unless they think they are not being watched and will not be found out’, then I’ve given you half the answer already.
(Also, you may wish to refer to my essay Narrative Theory & Subversion, which is a good companion piece I think).
But this, I propose, is one of the most significant insights into that small minority group, or cabal, who are solely responsible for the horrorshow world in which we find ourselves. If we wish to make the world a better place then it is imperative that we explore and answer that question. That, essentially, is what most of Circe is really about. Psychology, in other words. Psychology is an objective science, and people need to think about it more. In a later paper I may attempt to explore the ways in which the cabal have infiltrated and distorted the science of psychology, precisely to prevent the enlightenment of the people and to also conceal themselves from popular understanding. Because popular understanding would lead to their extinction, simply out of that ubiquitous self-preservation instinct. And yes, of course the cabal themselves have that same instinct. And I would suggest it is precisely that instinct which informs all of their behaviour. They are, after all, vastly outnumbered by normal people on this planet (and, may I add, by good guys out there amongst the stars – ‘there’s always a bigger fish’ – a fact of which I am certain they are acutely aware now). So you can certainly understand how frightened they must be.
Well, it seems I’ve already answered that question to a great extent. But as we pursue that further, I think we shall be granted a wide range of deeper, extremely significant insights.
Anyhow, with all that in mind, here’s the rest of it.

Ok, so this intro has been written after I’ve gotten over 2k words and if I add this now then I won’t confuse you, and I can follow my train of thought, so to speak. But it does strike me that I should set out the point straight away, or I will lose people. I kept thinking up intros in my head and they all turned into digressions, you see, before I got to the bloody point. Also forgive me if I repeat myself later.
So, this is the first essay in my Operation Circe series. Circe is essentially psychohistory. That’s to say it’s an analysis of the way the world works, and how it came to be this way. As such it will have a lot of psychology in it, along with some social history and anthropology, amongst others. I will probably refrain from providing links partly because most people don’t click them, and partly because those subjects have been somewhat captured and distorted by the bad guys to prevent all this understanding and insight. They have deliberately corrupted the science of psychology for that very purpose. I’ll come to that later.
Actually, fuck it. I’ll briefly talk about it now, if only to insert the suggestion. See, according to the cabal’s psychologists, human beings have a dark side and can be prone to malevolence. Like this ‘dark triad’ bullshit (narcissism, Machiavellianism, psychopathy). They also say human beings are selfish and they lie a lot, in order to gain some kind of social benefit. I think you can already understand how they are talking about themselves and projecting it onto the general human population, yes? Why do they do that? Easy – to disguise themselves, that’s how. Example: they might say something like ‘if you replace us with you in charge of our private banks and the money supply, then you’d behave just like us, so there’s no point’. Same for politics. ‘Power corrupts,’ they say, ‘and absolute power corrupts absolutely’. Bullshit. It’s the other way round – the corrupt seek power and the absolutely corrupt seek absolute power.
Then you get epitomes of this projection like Sigmund Freud with his ‘family romance’. Freud took his own psychology and generalised. He may have had a seriously abusive childhood at the hands of his father (which he dissociated/repressed – thus generating his theory about ‘the unconscious’), along with his siblings, but normal families don’t behave like that, Siggy. Likewise Karl fucking Marx with his ‘capitalism is bad, mmkay’. Bullshit. That’s another misdirection, same as the one about power corrupting. Marx was deliberately misdirecting by focusing people’s attention on the system, not the people who run the system. So if we’re talking Operation Witchfinder, there’s our first two subversives right there – Freud and Marx.
I will tell you why all those ‘dark’ traits are not normal for humans. It’s called anthropology and evolution. If you want to understand humans then you have to study them in their natural environment. And that’s not the modern age. It’s not healthy to be well-adjusted to a sick society, in which ‘dark traits’ are a beneficial survival advantage. For most of their existence, and thus the brain’s evolution, human beings lived in small groups of around 150 people. That’s where the social cognition number (SCN) comes from (popularly known as Dunbar’s number). The SCN is an evolutionary neuroanatomical adaptation to the size of the social group. Different species have different SCNs. SCN, by the way, I should explain, is simply the number of fellow individuals whose biography and personality you can know to a comprehensive level. It’s the brain’s limit of close relationships, in other words. You should be able to see how important that number is already. Remember this, because it will crop up a lot in these essays. It has a whole load of psychohistorical ramifications which, tellingly, have been almost completely suppressed by the cabal. Instead, you only hear about the SCN in regards to trivial issues, like the size of your echo bubbles on social media, or the optimum size for a business. It’s yet another thing where they don’t want you to know how important it is.
Incidentally, I am quite convinced this is the real reason the Neanderthals went extinct – their SCN was too low and they’d long reached the absolute limit of possible evolutionary progress by the time they encountered Sapiens – which was around 50k years ago. Given Neanderthals had been around for several hundred thousand years by then it’s a wonder they lasted that long. A low SCN, remember, leads to inbreeding, as well as a clear limit on social cooperation with regards to larger and progressive projects. This is why Neanderthals never had an agricultural revolution, for example.
Anyway, you probably haven’t noticed, as it’s often difficult to notice absences, that you won’t find an evolutionary explanation like this for Dunbar’s number. Go to the Wikipedia entry and you’ll see it completely trivialises and hypothesises the number (along with citing efforts to ‘debunk’ it – equally telling). But it’s the most important number in the whole of psychohistory! And it has very significant ramifications both for the progress of social history, and for human behaviour within larger social groups. And that is something I’ll come onto later. It also has ramifications for ‘conspiracy theories’, in the sense of that old debunker canard about ‘for such a conspiracy to have existed would require the complicity and silence of thousands of people’ – well, ironically, there is indeed something in that argument. And, indeed, for the cabal themselves.
But before I move on, think about where these ‘dark traits’ would get you, as an individual, in a small group of 150 people in the ice age. How about constantly lying? Is that beneficial? No, it fucking isn’t! That’s a sure fire way to get yourself ostracised. How about a fucker like Boris Johnson? How long do you think his sort of behaviour would last him in that environment? Not very. Or how about a so-called alpha male constantly demanding his jus primae noctis? Next time he went to sleep all those cuckolded young bucks would go all Raskolnikov on the motherfucker.
And quite right too. It’s one of the most barbaric and evil practices ever perpetrated. Along with circumcision (male and female). And other forms of child abuse.
Because of the SCN, it would be simply impossible to hold so-called dark triad traits and escape detection. You would be lucky to get away with just ostracism. You can’t hide in a small community of 150 people, is the insight we’re looking at here. And that’s been the natural environment for humans since humans began. Thus, normal humans do not have a dark side, because it’s not an evolutionary benefit.
No, telling the truth and respecting others is a better survival adaptation in that environment. And remember that behaviour is governed by the brain, so we are talking about brain evolution here. Moral goodness, in other words, has been hard-wired into the human brain over several hundred thousand years of adapting to life within a small group environment, in which everyone knows everything about everyone else.
Now contrast this with the behaviour of the cabal. Yeah – their brains must be wired differently, eh?
I’m going to leave that one hanging there for the moment, so you can digest it for a while. We’ll return to it later.
Here’s another clandestine photo. These two undercover CIA agents were discovered lurking around Laurel Canyon doing surveillance.
Don’t say I didn’t warn you. So watch out for them next time, ok?
To continue my intro.
I will also be attempting to avoid diving into so-called conspiracy theories. There’s enough of that elsewhere and that’s not what this is about. It will touch on them, necessarily, but it will not dwell on them.
So, here is the basic hypothesis, from the outset. Except it’s not really a hypothesis, it’s an observation. It should be clear to anyone that there does indeed exist a small minority group with a disproportionate level of money and social power and political and geopolitical influence. You don’t need to call that a conspiracy theory because it’s blatantly true. Nor do you have to call them dodgy names like ‘the cabal’. You could just call them ‘the Establishment’, or even ‘the one percent’ – neither of those two are in the slightest bit controversial. I do like calling them a cabal, though (or the ‘globalist’ cabal, even), because it’s a more psychologically accurate word and, well, it kind of fits with Witchfinder & Circe, doesn’t it.
It is not conceivably possible to deny the existence of that minority group. Thus, it’s about time there was a proper analysis of this group, and one which does not misdirect us into talk of shady international Rothschild bankers and freewheelin’ stoneworkers or some dodgy light bulb company called the Illuminati or whatever. That’s quite frankly an irrelevant distraction.
I’ll explain. Let’s say you arrived on this planet and started your observing. You would look around and see stuff like war and poverty, contrasted with privilege (interestingly, this is clear from the images on the Golden Record from the Voyager probe – I’ve written about this elsewhere, it’s in my first book). Once you got over your initial cognitive dissonance you would then ask the question, how come some people don’t have access to all the necessities of existence? Who is in charge of producing and distributing those necessities? Is there some chronic shortage of resources? If so, what are they doing about it? By ‘they’ you would automatically think of some council of social decision-makers (like what your own species likely have). You’d probably want to ask them some serious questions I wouldn’t wager. But you’d probably do a deeper analysis first (before revealing your presence, that is – you wouldn’t, after all, visit a planet like this without doing at least a little research now, would you? So let’s assume you’ve watched The Day the Earth Stood Still – the 1951 original, not the remake). Question: are there enough resources to go around – answer, yes, there are. So why do some people not have any? Well, this species appears to use something called money to acquire all these necessities. Who controls the production and distribution of money? Hmm, you would go hmm, it’s not the social decision-making council, it’s a small minority group.
Yes, we’re back to our little cabal. But it’s the next question which is most important. Why do they ration it? Why do they restrict its availability such that some members of the species don’t have enough of it to acquire these necessities? This small minority group clearly doesn’t care about the general population. Why don’t they care?
Now, this is the point where ‘conspiracy theorists’ start going off into all those manufactured diversions and distractions, with talk of the aforementioned dodgy light bulb outfit and stoner-workers at liberty and so on. Once hooked, they get dragged or pushed down by the pressure from the weight of the ocean above them. Soon enough, they can’t see the light of the surface anymore.
Naturally, it’s in the interests of the cabal to make that happen. So they infiltrate these dissident groups and misdirect them with rabbit holes and the promise of sunken treasure and buried secrets. The Interweb is full of it. Along the way, the prospective, or prospecting, dissident will encounter what he believes to be little rewards, little nuggets of truth, and he will keep diving. He often doesn’t stop to question the ones who gave him these little gems, and before long, he’s forgotten there ever even was a surface, or a real, breathing world up there.
And the cabal are happy.
Because they have escaped detection, and therefore ostracism.
We will, I am sure, have a look at some of their conspiracies later (9-11 is a good one), but when we do it we shall employ what I may as well start calling the Circe method (with a bit of Witchfinder thrown in for good measure too, naturally). So stick around for that one, because I am by no means intending to appear completely dismissive about so-called conspiracy theories. Far from it. They are both fascinating and psychologically revealing, after all. And, might I add, vital for a proper historian.
But what we should be doing is returning to that point where we ask that most fundamental question of all – why doesn’t this small minority group care about the general population? Not ‘what conspiracies are they up to’ but ‘what is their underlying psychology’.
That’s kind of what this rambling essay will be about. Because it really is the most important and the most revealing question of all.
I have a headline answer for you, which is that it’s a social group survival strategy. I’ll repeat that a few times and we’ll be exploring where it comes from, in psychohistorical terms. If we get sucked in to ‘conspiracy theories’, then before long we encounter those who ascribe to this cabal almost superhuman powers. As I say, that benefits the cabal. So consider this a demystifying strategy. By the time I have finished, you will, I hope, come to understand just how small-minded and pathetic this minority group really are.
And in so doing, you won’t be scared of them anymore.
How long, after all, have they had now to achieve world domination? Several thousand years by my reckoning.
Not doing a particularly good fucking job of it now, are they?!
And as we shall see, from a certain point of view, I really don’t blame them at all for spending half their energies attempting to avoid public exposure, and just skulking in the shadows. After the hurt that they have caused, public retribution would be comprehensive and conclusive.
It must be an awful life, really, mustn’t it, to live in such fear and paranoia? To live in fear is to be a slave. How ironic.
Anyhow, that was the first part. Part II coming shortly, in which we’ll go deeper into these ideas and look at social group theory and identity. There’ll be a few Katrina-related crossovers too.
In the meantime, if you appreciate what I’m up to, you can always consider buying me a coffee!
